Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept local Singapore cheques, Paypal and credit cards (via Paypal).
Q. Do you accept bitcoin?
A. No, and we have no plan to accept it in the near future.
Q. How long does it take to setup my account?
A. All setups are manual. Your account will be setup within 24-48 hours after the payment is cleared and verified.
Q. What timezone are you in?
A. Singapore is GMT+8, and we use this as the standard timezone across all our servers.
Q. Do you own your servers?
A. Yes we own all our servers and co-locate at the Singapore M1 datacenter. For the rest of the non-critical nodes such as secondary DNS servers, we rent them from providers located in other parts of the world.
Q. Can I set rDNS entry on the assigned IP address?
A. Yes, you may set it via SolusVM / Virtualizor.
Q. Do you provide IPv6?
A. Yes.
Q. Do you provide IP address leasing service?
A. No, unless you could afford S$24K/year for a /24 (IPv4), or /48 (IPv6) if you prefer.
Q. Can I have the test IP?

Dedicated Server
Q. Why is there no response on my inquiry about dedicated server?
A. We only accept dedicated server orders from legally registered businesses or organizations. Please send in your inquiry using your company email address, otherwise your email may be ignored. If your email domain does not lead to a valid website, you must also provide a link to your company website for verification purpose.
Miscellaneous
Q. I have not received a response from an inquiry email that I sent some days ago. What happened?
A. Email sent with one or more questions that were already answered in this FAQ, will be intentionally ignored. You will NOT receive any response.
